Job description:Primary goal is to expand plug-selling business in Vietnam, Tailand, Korea, India…., expand. Improve the Anthura's influence in the local flower market ;According to investigation of local flowering market through onsite visiting or other ways, know situation of local pot Phalaenopsis and pot/cut Anthurium.According to the understanding of the local flower market and communication of potential customers(via onsite visiting, email and phone calls etc.,), introduce the Anthura varieties to potential customers, pushing Anthura’s varieties to meet growers ‘demands, and finally achieve the completion of sales orders.Identify customer’s needs by providing technical/ sales solutions resulting in sales opportunities in order to maximize and increase sales.Responsible for customer relationship and on-time payments and deliveries.Make annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans and sales strategy forecast, and take action by sales plan;Visiting and attending local industry fairs and be able to understand local industry trends.Other tasks assigned by Sales head. Qualifications and Experience required: 1. bachelor’s degree in marketing or horticulture. horticulture field with 3 years sales experience is preferred. 2. Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral English. Vietnamese or Thai language will be preferred 3. Experience in flower market in Vietnam, Thailand or Korea is preferred 4. Teamwork player and effective communicator. 5. Loyalty, positive thinking, self-motivated. 6. Be honest and trustworthy, and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations. 7. Computer proficient: Word, Excel and Power Point.
